Tucked away among the trees and beautiful landscape about two miles south of Old Town Alexandria is a unique community surrounded by a natural and private setting, yet within walking distance to a shopping center, an elementary school, transportation, library, recreation center and banking. While the 26 acres of land are beautiful and the three nine story International Design buildings are beautiful the people who live here make up the framework of this picture setting. Resident volunteers promote the community's lasting value by donating their time to serve on the Board of Directors, Committees and participate in planning of fun groups and special events. We share common areas consisting of tennis courts, basketball court, pool, garden area, picnic grove and playground. Also available by request you may lease a storage space for your canoe, kayak or bicycle. The Club Room may be reserved for small parties or meetings.
